kingsrealestategroup Marcus & Millichap, a premier commercial real estate investment firm in El Segundo, required a robust digital storefront capable of handling dynamic property portfolios. Relying on off-the-shelf real estate plugins and bloated page builders traditionally results in sluggish map rendering, broken search filters, and immediate drop-off from high-net-worth investors attempting to view active property data.
To resolve this bottleneck, our team designed a high-fidelity UI natively in Adobe Fireworks and translated it strictly into a bespoke WordPress architecture. We hard-coded complex JavaScript interactions—including parallax depth, testimonial sliders, tabbed data panels, and dynamic counters—alongside a custom-built property listing matrix integrated seamlessly with Google Maps. By bypassing heavy third-party real estate templates, we delivered a streamlined frontend interface and a frictionless backend for their brokerage team to rapidly update listings, images, and videos.
