globis-iti-pardot Globis Asia Campus, a premier graduate business school operating in Singapore, required a highly secure, automated admissions pipeline. Their existing student registration process was creating severe administrative friction, forcing their team to manually generate personalized fee structures and manually sync applicant data into their CRM, delaying response times for prospective corporate leaders.
To eliminate this operational bottleneck, I engineered a custom data routing feature directly into their existing WordPress stack. By bridging advanced conditional logic with a secure Pardot API integration and dynamic PDF generation, I delivered a frictionless pipeline that instantly captures student data, deploys custom registration packets, and alerts administrators without breaking their underlying architecture.
Secure Pardot CRM Integration: Engineered a targeted data pipeline to instantly route complex student registration captures directly into Salesforce Pardot, bypassing heavy, vulnerable third-party sync plugins to guarantee absolute data integrity for their admissions team.
Dynamic PDF Generation Engine: Architected a custom logic framework that instantly compiles and emails highly individualized course information and financial fee PDFs based on exact student inputs, entirely automating the institution’s onboarding documentation workflow.
Frictionless Administrative Routing: Bridged conditional notification logic directly into the native framework to instantly alert key administrators of new, high-value applications, eliminating communication bottlenecks without adding unnecessary DOM bloat to the existing theme.
