Operations Inc, a premier HR consulting and payroll outsourcing firm based in Norwalk, CT, required a massive digital infrastructure overhaul to support their expanding suite of corporate services. As an established industry leader scaling past 20 pages of critical service architecture, they needed a platform that projected absolute enterprise authority. Their goal was to seamlessly manage intensive content demands—including case studies, webinar archives, and event schedules—while effortlessly capturing high-value corporate leads without suffering from frontend drag or backend instability.
operations-inc Operations Inc faced a severe operational bottleneck: a rigid, convoluted backend that made updating complex data matrices a highly fragile process. More importantly, their corporate lead capture process was entirely disconnected from their CRM, forcing their marketing team to manually bridge the gap between front-end inquiries and backend sales pipelines. Relying on bloated visual builders was actively frustrating their internal team, limiting their operational scale, and risking critical customer drop-off during peak traffic hours due to sluggish page load times.
To resolve these structural bottlenecks, we engineered a bespoke, highly scalable WordPress foundation powered entirely by Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). Bypassing cheap page builders completely, we executed a strict 1-to-1 native code translation of their static Adobe Fireworks designs. By eliminating drag-and-drop bloat and plugin conflicts, we provided a bulletproof platform that ensures lightning-fast load times. Furthermore, we integrated a seamless API bridge connecting custom Gravity Forms directly into their Pardot instance, transforming their site into a high-performance, automated lead generation machine.
